using my art as a pfp is fine as long as credit is given in your bio. you can only repost my art if you have received permission from me directly and credit me within the first few lines of the caption. failure to comply with these terms get you blocked. i spend a lot of time creating these pieces and it is really disheartening when they get stolen.★ have you gone to school for art?
yes i have! i took AP art when i was a freshman in high school and i went to a technical/trade school and earned my graphic design certificate, as well as being certified in adobe illustrator and photoshop!★ how long have you been doing art?
i have always had a marker in my hand and i would carry a notebook around in school drawing animals every chance i got. i started taking art seriously in 2013 when i first started seeing the art community grow and how people were making money just by creating art. i started doing commissions in 2018.

★ As the artist, I still own full rights to my artwork. I am being paid to create, not to transfer the rights.
★ All of my art is for private use only (unless otherwise specified)
★ You may not edit/copy/trace or remove my signature.
★ by commissioning me you understand that i also work a very unpredictable full time job and your commission may take longer to complete. i cannot guarantee it will be done by a certain date unless you pay a rush fee

★ Full payment must be sent before I start on the commission
★ i accept paypal, cashapp and venmo
★ Do NOT try to haggle with me or attempt to get a discount
★ The prices listed are base prices and may become higher if the commission is very detailed
★ if your deadline is soon you can pay a $10 fee in advance to put your commission at top priority

★ You are allowed to use the commission for icons/wallpapers/etc. Posting on social media (with credit) is okay! as long as my artwork is not being used for commercial purposes!
★ if you want commercial rights to your commission, please let me know. (meaning you want to sell products with my art on it or are making money off of my art in any way).

★ Do not steal, copy, or trace any of my designs
★ I do NOT allow commercial use of my designs unless we have reached an agreement. Please discuss with me if you are interested in using my designs for commercial purposes (ie: vtuber, shop etc...)
★ Credit must be given to me when reposting my art (@cryptidtoast on instagram, toyhou.se, & twitter)
★ Only bid if you are sure you can pay
★ I will only transfer/send you the character once the transaction is complete
★ Do not buy one of my designs just to make profit off of it.
★ You may give/trade/sell my designs if owned
★ I'm fine with changes to the design (ie eye color, etc..) as long as the design is still recognizable! Just make sure you keep a copy of the original design, in case of trading/selling/gifting in the future. Credit must still be given to me as the main designer. Adding wardrobes and changing hairstyles is also allowed.

★ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner.
★ I charge an one-time fee of +100% of the total price for any usage including but not limited to: merch, printing, virtual youtuber graphics, album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations.
